Cookie Policy
Last updated: 13 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how combeat.io ("the Service") uses cookies and similar technologies. It supplements our Privacy Policy at combeat.io/privacy.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They allow the site to remember your actions, preferences, and session state.
What Cookies We Use
Pre-launch (current state):
| Cookie type | Purpose | Required? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Maintain site functionality (e.g., your timezone, language preference). No tracking. | Yes — site won't function correctly without these |
We currently use only strictly-necessary cookies. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, social media cookies, or any third-party tracking cookies on combeat.io during the pre-launch phase. We do not track waitlist signups beyond delivering the requested service updates.
Post-launch:
After the Service publicly launches, additional cookies may be used for account session management and (subject to your consent) basic analytics. We will update this policy and prompt you for consent where required.
Third-party Services on Embedded Pages
Some third-party services we use may set cookies if you interact with them:
- Payment processor cookies — when you visit a checkout or billing portal (post-launch), our regulated payment processor uses cookies to prevent fraud and maintain your session.
- Edge security cookies — our edge delivery provider sets technical cookies for security (DDoS protection, bot detection). These are functional and required.
Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Note: blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break site functionality.

Do Not Track
We honour Do Not Track ("DNT") signals where technically possible.
Changes
We will update this policy if our cookie use changes. Material changes will be notified via a prominent notice on combeat.io.
