Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for the ComBeat Service. It applies once the Service publicly launches and you subscribe to a paid plan.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal accessible from your ComBeat account settings. Cancellation is fully self-serve — we do not require a phone call, email, or retention conversation.

When you cancel:

• Your access to the Service continues until the end of your current billing period
• After the current period ends, your subscription terminates and you are no longer billed
• Your data is retained for 30 days post-termination in case you want to reactivate, then deleted (subject to legal retention obligations)

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions. Monthly plans are non-refundable. When you cancel a monthly subscription, you continue to have access until the end of the current month for which you've already paid, and you are not billed for the following month.

Annual subscriptions. Annual plans receive a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 30 days of the start of your annual billing period, we will refund the full prorated unused portion of your subscription. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will continue to have access through the end of your prepaid year.

Free trial. New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial. If you do not convert to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account simply transitions to inactive — no charge.

Execution Credits

Execution credits are part of your subscription:

• Included monthly allowance does not roll over to the next billing period; unused allowance is forfeited at the end of each period.
• Purchased credit packs (top-ups) do not expire and are not refundable individually. If you cancel an annual subscription within the 30-day refund window, any unused purchased credits will be refunded prorated.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact billing@combeat.io before initiating a chargeback. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via our regulated payment processor. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
